  • Ads Advertisements/Monetization: Ads may contribute to a good user experience. The presence or absence of Ads is not by itself a reason for a High or Low quality rating. Google consider a website to be responsible for the overall quality of the Ads displayed.

Google is setting rate E-A-T Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness rank by looking in homepage, about page, contact page, seaching for in comming links, social talk and reviews.
Google like to set a positive or a negative reputation but when it is not found this would not be indication of positive or negative reputation.
